Team Meeting 10/30

Today we presented some of our work at a Halloween carnival at our local elementary school.  A lot of people seemed to be interested in the robot particularly.  We also managed to get some work done between visitors, and now the robot can pretty consistently follow the closest black line to base.  Next, it'll hopefully be able to complete some missions on the other end of the table.

  2. Great job with all the questions coming from little kids & their parents. The practice explaining to others what you're doing is great for the challenge, as well as getting it solid in your own minds. We had a great turnout & let a lot of people in our area know about the FIRST program. We also got a rough draft on the presentation of our research, and will for sure take a more critical look at it.

Bonus - we made $70 on the backpack raffle!

Thanks for sticking it out, 4 hours is a long time for that sort of thing.

  3. Sounds cool. Jim wants to know, "Where's the video?"
